the boxing news one is pretty good for quality and the on the grind one is good too.

seriously cant be doing with the buncey podcast though, his personality just turns me right off, all that 'we win awards' shite ever five seconds. surely he's doing it all with a sense of irony coz if not its a joke. slating internet writers and forum users even though he used them all to the max when setanta folded and he had no work and forum people were running campaigns for him.

then he always goes on about so called geniuses, people who say afterwords they picked an outcome beforehand, when hes the king of doing that

and finally every guest he has on he just agrees with everything they say, blows smoke up there arsehole and then says what he really thinks when they are off the phone.

I would literally listen to just about all of them at work at one stage:

On the grind,
Tha Boxing Voice,
In the corner
Nuthouse (boxing asylum)
Leave it in the ring
The Ringside Boxing Show (nothing to do with toe-to-toe, sky)

But now I normally just stick to Tha Boxing Voice, toe-to-toe and if I have time the bunce one (altho it is vey similar to his allegedly show on the same day). Recommended it earlier on this thread, but tha boxing voice is definitely my favourite - a good host and co-host and its not just rambling on about the past weekends results or forthcoming schedule - they encourage people ringing in, you can listen live and ring in, they sometimes have decent guests and they know there stuff and its not as monotone as some of the ones I have listed above.

I think the Boxing News one is pretty good, nice time limit and an easy listen. Used to enjoy the Boxing Truth but they just disappeared all of a sudden. I think the problem with some of the independent ones is that they are a bit lengthy, some clocking in around 3 hours+.

I downloaded the latest Boxing Asylum one on a recommendation here and I enjoyed it, will listen again.

Also tried the Boxing Voice but had enough after half an hour and gave up.

I like the Boxing News pod, good analysis and it is spot on in terms of length.

On the Grind can be entertaining and produces some epic rants, but a good unconventional and outspoken take on the American scene.

I have tried a few of the other Pods, Toe-to-Toe is ok, particularly like to hear Ed's analysis which is excellent and very thoughtful, but Spencer (who I like, this is just feedback) trying too hard to be eccentric and the ultimate historian. Also, if you are going to hang your hat on 'saying it as it is' - then don't back certain fighters in hard fights 'because he is a friend of mine' etc.

I tried On The Ropes - they have excellent guests, but the host's voice is so monotone that I can't listen to it. I've downloaded the ESPN pod - and will give it a listen.

The Boxing Asylum one is good Every Sunday, usually have a guest on.
