Managers are reminded that fighters are matched by the challenges that are still outstanding...

And if a fighter has not been calling an available opponent out OR has been called out by an available opponent ... Then Managers are encouraged to state a CPU foe.

If neither of the above requirements happens then those last few pilgrims will step in to the ring against this recognisable gentleman:

(and from the looks of things, it look like he's gonna have a busy week)

Bernard Hopkins asks the highly-ranked Archie Moore for a fight once again.

The CPU back up will be: Carlos Norman Bates.

Tommy Loughran is willing to face any of these guys. If that fails, no problem. He will fight Henry Maske as the CPU backup.

Fitz is still wanting the shot at Gibbons. If that fails, he will take a fight with Loughran.

Tommy Loughran has called out Fitz twice already.

Unless stated, I will undersign the Loughran vs Fitzsimmons fight.

A Ketchel fight would be interesting for Bernard, but not for this week - this week he wants Archie Moore. And should that not happen, he has already stated his CPU back up.

Loughran is fighting Fitzsimmons this week. That was a behind-the-times statement that you quoted. Please select another opponent.

I will now look to see if there are any outstanding challenges and if any of these fighters have been lined up against a CPU opponent - if not Big George awaits.

The card will be finalised in a matter of minutes.

There are currently two Unmatched fighters in the top 15: Gene Tunney (5th) and Bob Foster (14th)...

But I daresay (and I admit that I'm guessing here) that Mr Frilla's intention to call out the highest ranked contenders is because he wants to get Jack Root (20th) in to the top 14 and thus in to world title contention.

I suspect that victory over Mr Tunney (the higher ranked option) would certainly be close to achieving that, so I'll undersign that fight.

These remaining four will face the wrath of The Heavyweight George Foreman. Good luck with that.

And so George Foreman will have four lambs to the slaughter for this week. Managers should be aware that I am monitoring the situation regarding Managers not matching up their fighters...

If your fighters face Foreman, let's say, 3 or 4 weeks in a row... Then I will take you off the active list and you're fighters will remain frozen until you return to manage them once again.

The rules are fairly straight forward gentlemen. And the majority have ruled on the Foreman fights - so please send your hate mail to Charlie Zelenoff - he has been employed part-time to deal with such things.

Since there is only 4, why not match them with each other? Ketchel/Foster and Firpo/O'Brien both seem like good matchups....

Foreman's a better way to teach them to remain vigilant and get rid of the riff raff. Give 'em Big George I say
