Wasn't it scheduled and then Warton retired? Woods on points. Henry had a decent left hook, but his stoppage percentage was still only around 50%.

Henry was better at middle and his left hook was better than 'decent'; he blew some good fighters clean out; if Clinton and Henry had boxed t light heavy then Clinton would have won, on points but dominant. A naturally bigger man and proven in better class.

It's the size issue for me; Clinton was a very tough lightheavy, some of the pople he boxed on the way up were big hitters and strong contenders; just about anyone after Crawford Ashley would have been too able and big for Henry i think; Ashley was a big hitter so was Klemetson, Davis was a good fighter, Jones on a different planet, Johnson, Gonzales, Tarver etc; Clinton was in with some very good men.

I think Clinton could have beaten Reid and he'd have given both Benn and Eubank a really good go.

I'd not put Henry down, he was very good and I think he could have done more; Woods though did deliver consistently at a very high level.

I think Wharton was on the slide when he lost to Reid.

I think that Wharton would have beaten the Woods that lost to Starie and I think he'd have beaten Starie as well; I think Henry v Mark Baker would have been a really good bout and I'd have not put a penny on a winner; Henry v Mark Delaney as well would have been a cracker.

Woods really improved though after Starie and had a good jab and plenty of bottle; it would have been a good scrap no doubt but if Clinton could stand up to Crawford Ashley and Ole Klemetson then Henry would have to catch him really flush to stop him.

Henry was never very comfortable against decent boxers. Nardiello floored him and would have gone on to beat him on PTS if he'd showed better heart. Robin Reid also comfortably outpointed Henry. Neither Reid or Nardiello were as good as Clinton.

He also was an improver, and kept progressing from the Starie defeat onwards. Warton just kept doing the same thing and was fairly beatable at the higher levels.
