I haven't seen that much of Samson, but I'd pick Donaire also. I don't know how good Samson's chin was. Too bad he never really stepped up.

Samson beat Hugo Rafael Soto,beat Makhmutov,beat Llagas.He was a agressor.But with the real stars he had met.

The only one of those three who ever even won a belt was Soto--at flyweight, and Samson was a super fly (had like three dozen defenses of the WBF belt).
