When was Holmes stopped early? I never saw chin issues with him, and he was quite a capable boxer.
I think GGG would win a decision as Holmes would fight defensively and not do enough.

He certainly wasn't the most exciting fighter, but I think he was better than Macklin, so it's hard to say. We are talking about a guy who took Hopkins the ugly distance when Bernard was still a hard, volume punching big middle.
I'd say maybe a late stoppage, or a decision win for GGG, but I'm not sure.These are difficult scenarios, when we haven't seen the equivalent level from one of the guys in it yet.
As I said I'd pick GGG right now, but I hesitate in that. In a year I might be completely sure.....or things could be completely different.

Golovkin punches a lot harder than Hopkins. I think he breaks him down to the body and stops Holmes in 6 or 7. Keith was definitely capable, though, he'd have his moments.
