But if you want to pretend that his promoter didn't pull him out of purse bids for the English title fight with him fair enough. Avoiding Adnan I'm not even close to bored of that one. The reason I continue to bring it up however, is that you continue to pour scorn on everything Frankie does and I think pertinent to point out that you have got plenty of form. I also enjoy the fact it highlights how much value should be given to your opinion. Once a muppet, always a muppet.

Yes there are, there is no exclusivity on being a muppet. Amir Khan can and should be extremely proud of what he has achieved in boxing. I just think people are far too quick to knock stand-out amateurs when they have turned over. The fact is that whatever age Frankie is and whatever you think of him as a fighter, I don't think you can deny he is improving in the pro game. He is about to claim the Lonsdale for keeps and then onto the next chapter. We'll see what happens there and we'll probably differ in our predictions, but to dismiss his achievements and ignore the fact his biggest fights are yet to come, is just, in my opinion, muppet-ish.

Don't need to defend Frankie, he is doing ok as he is. I think Brook's career has gone unbelievably stale over the past year or so. He still hasn't actually beaten anyone and the persistent rumours about his lifestyle, his withdrawals and inability to make weight must concern even his most ardent fans. I know they do his team. Brook won his Lonsdale in 2008 and appears no closer now to winning a genuine World title. Do you call that progress?

That weren't a big dig at Frankie Gavin just that people are so quick to disregard accomplishments; Khan has done fantastic and is still around the same age as both Kell and Frankie; he is set for life financially and has been a World Champion (and Olympic Silver medalist) a couple of times. To hear some on here he is just the worst ever, to hear others Brook is the worst ever, some others think Frankie is.... I am disappointed that Frankie is not boxing a bigger name next as he did fantastic v Vassell last time out - he has grown into a big and strong welter who hits hard, he'll be a handful for anyone outside the top men.
