Vince was pissed off that Enzo got an offer to play Luigi in the Mario Brothers sequel.

Vinny and Clev are a really poor mans version of the original.

Apparently Vince approached Enzo to help train him some time ago. Enzo declined. He then went down to LH and Vince then slated Enzo saying Cleverly would ruin him if they fought. It all then kicked off from there.
