Marvelous: The Marvin Hagler Story

Post by Damian »

Hello all,

I wanted to flag up that I have authored a biography of Marvin Hagler, which is due out on 1 October.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Marvelous-The-M ... rds=hagler

It can be pre-ordered now.

Happy to answer any questions - [email protected] - if needed.

Cheers

I guess it would be a great read. I have already read 3 of the great Sugar Ray Leonard's biographies.

I am interesting in reading about Hagler, Hearns and Duran's biographies.

Thanks for your messages and interest. I don't get on the forum that regularly and so am happy to respond via email, if needed.

I met Hagler in Milan but agreed that it would be a biography rather than an autobiography. He was very generous and helped me arrange interviews with the Petronelli brothers and other seminal figures from his career.

I shall be buying this book as I've alread wanted to read Marvellous Marvin's life story.

PS: Please tell me he doesn't spend a whole heap of time being bitter about the Leonard fight & SRL, because he is about so much more than that & I hope he has moved on from it.

Thank you to those of you who have taken the time and trouble to buy the Hagler biography which I have written. It is much appreciated, as are the positive reviews which have been sent to us.

I wanted to write and let you know that the book has now been released on Kindle too. You can buy the hardback or Kindle, here:

Happy reading.

Cheers
