They're about dead even really. Only way to truly work this out is for them to mix it up and find out once and for all who is the better man.

If I had to pick I'd say Charles by a hair.

Gibbons has no one rated as low as Billy Fox or Matthew Saad Muhammad on his resume.

Gibbons has won every one of his defenses. Charles can not say that. Though he hung on to his belts.

Charles never fought Bivins

Charles never fought Patterson

Charles never fought Johnson

Ok we each have an IBO champ on our list.....Choy and Rose

#1- Muhammad is an opponent who gets a pass, cus the first sim-run's were not really apart of the Week One-Week Thirty process; "Rematch Week" was out of Charles' hands else we would have picked a different opponent.

#2- The Charles camp elected Billy Fox only because we had already defended or had fought opponents multiple times---- which is why we started fighting guys we havent before. What's the honor or the pride in facing Tunney a third time? Lewis a third time? Etc.

#3- No, we acknowledge we never have faced Patterson or Johnson or Bivins, HOWEVER, we did face Archie Moore, Joey Maxim, Gene Tunney, Michael Spinks, Sam Langford, etc. Any one of those men are equal in worth to Patterson and Johnson and Bivins.

#4- Every disputable decision or loss there ever was we avenged (Lewis, Loughran, Fitzsimmons); Team Gibbons cannot say they ever did so throughout the sim

Joey Maxim never fought Ezzard Charles. He fought Johnny Frankham and Willie Pastrano.
