Johnny Basham vs. Freddie Welsh 1913.

Basham & Welsh were matched to box 20rds. at Liverpool
on 19-03-1913 prior to Welsh returning to America,
However Welsh wanted the contest reduced to 15rds. having
already signed for three 20rd. bouts in March and declined.

Welsh in !913. Basham in 1914.
Basham did fight at Liverpool on 19-03-1913 but lost to
Young Nipper K.O.5(20).Welsh had won Young Nipper
pts.(20) on 01-03-1913.
Basham beat Young Nipper in 1914.
