Daniel Dawson is fighting Alex Bunema for the WBF LMW title. Sure it's non-sensical but i am trying to understand the principle here.

First Bunema hasnt fought in two years. OK thats out of my system.

The question I have is that another Aussie won this title in June

David Galvin rated 411 beat Aswin Cabuy rated 592 by SD in Alice springs.

Being that aussies get a fair go with the ole WBF i would still like to know what happened here.

Galvin won "Interim" World title & got a belt and El Presidente Croucher got a quid outta of it....so don't ask silly questions sunshine
Still waiting for Presidente's official results.....maybe sanction fee can't quite cover Oz post stamp?

Isn't the WBF a wrestling title, you know acting, pre ordained, scripted ect...Will the Promter walk out before the main event and Dawson run into the ring as the promoter scampers underneath the ropes in fear, while Dawson ripps his shirt off, nodding his head and talk in steriod voice while rilling the crowd up, then his own trainer hit him from behind with a chair prop, while the ref is not looking, and ouma waits in his corner claiming a knockout?

Hang on, if Galvin won the interim title then shouldn't he be now fighting one of the above for the full title?

And also, can I fight for a WBF title too please?

The WBF is solely a moneymaking organisation where you can purchase any title you wish.
It also is the most dangerous one with no duty of care to any boxer who contends these titles which are only a con to dupe punters.
I have never seen more dangerous fights approved in my entire existence in boxing than those by the WBF.
Down here in Victoria they have lost their recognition and the board no longer allow them to appoint Judges and refs.
The sooner they are put out of boxing the better.
