I like Ed's approach, delivery and professionalism. The fact he knows what it is like inside the ring is a bonus.
Still think Smith needs to go, at least off the front line anyway.
Ed Robinson on sky panel
Re: Ed Robinson on sky panel
Yeah he is a bit stilted when he's presenting but overcoming that comes with practice aswell. The more he does it, the more he'll feel comfortable talking to the camera, etc.reggaereggae wrote:Ed has the best knowledge/insight of boxing, way superior than anyone else on TV. But his delivery and presentation skills are stilted and deliberate. That is the drawback

I've said it for years.. He's the most knowledgable of all the pundits IMHO.. He studies the game and is as honest and unbiased as they come.. Eh he's also had a few fights too so actually knows what goes on behind the scenes and how tough it really can be at times.. Most people only see us fight night but just don't realise what actually goes on in the background. If I stated what went on here before the first Chilemba fight you'd have all said why did you fight.. Crazy but as fighters we just get on with it..Matt Teague wrote:I really hope Ed stays on the sky sports panel, very professional job he knows his stuff and works well with spencer Oliver, what's are your guys thoughts
