Jose Torres will wait for offers.
How about giving Maxim a shot at the IBO title? He's open for any fight really. Just looking to get something signed ASAP.

How about an easy one against KETCHEL as your first defence? Will let Torres fond his feet as the champ and have a big fight next week.

Joey Maxim would like to point out of the other two challengers who have requested a shot at Torres, Mustafa Muhammad and Stanley Ketchel. He is 3-0 against them.

Therefore obviously more deserving of a title shot. Plus, Mustafa Muhammad is coming off a loss to my other fighter, Qawi just last week.

Plus Ketchel lost last week so I don't think he is even eligible. God knows he doesn't deserve a shot.

:salut: Nevermind the Torres bout. Maxim will fight Conn.

Qawi puts his name in the Jose Torres IBO title sweepstakes now, but has no preference for who he fights. Torres or Tommy Burns are just fine. Whoever accepts the fight first, Qawi is game either way.

Where are the rules surrounding Championship challenges? I searched before I challenged for the IBO but I couldn't find them. I remember seing them and I thought anyone could challenge the IBO Champion at any time. If my fighter is not eligible or the challenge is not accepted then Eddie Muhammad will fight Len Harvey as stated previously.

IBO...rules....champion may choose his opponent unless the commish sees a problem. We then reserve the right to intervene.

He may choose any opponent rated 15 and under. And we prefer this to be a managed fighter...UNLESS no one challenges the champions decision to fight a CPU.

Also, great to see our fighters live up to our name by winning via brutal body punches.

This week Jack Root wants the following:

Hopkins
Patterson
Michalczewski
Johnson
Rosenbloom.

Jack will Root the first to accept.
Johnson accepts

Hopkins has beat that bum before... He stopped him in two rounds. Hopkins has no interest in repeating his past glories, the Million Dollar Tournament starts next week and he just aint got the time.

Now there's a good and fair challenge, if ever there was one.

Kevo is showing true grit, and crease has said he is unafraid....so I'm quite certain this fight will be accepted.

The Sphinx will present a formidable challenge for Bernard. Fight signed.

(on the condition that we bring this fight to Belfast - the Irish fans want to see this fight)
