anyone know a newspaper report of walcott-johnson besides new york times??? NY timess says johnson fell without being hit


boxing experts like jaclem said it was a clean knockout, and a IBRO panel member told boxing historian monte cox it was legit knockout.


but this guy keeps bringing up the fact on boxrec it says "johnson collasped without being hit."


i know this, johnson was knocked down in the 2nd round.

Wire reports basically say that Johnson was dropped at the end of the 2nd, for a three-count. In the 3rd, Johnson put his glove by his back, and collapsed. He was on the floor for about 14 minutes, and was taken out on a stretcher. They add that Walcott, was nowhere near Johnson at the time of the knockout.

I also question Jaclem's assertion that he saw it on TV, unless he saw it locally in Philadelphia, the televised boxing show that night on CBS would have been the program at St. Nick's.
