Fenech/Moreno at bantam.
Fenech/Moreno at bantam.
Quite the styles contrast here. Who takes it?

The Aussie great pounds away until the the lightpunching Panamanian slickster sinks to the canvas in round 6.

Jeff Fenech was a borderline all-time great. The pressure that he would put on the Panamanian Chemito Moreno would be too much to handle. Fenech by TKO in 6 or maybe 8.

Robbing Fenech of the championship against Azumah Nelson in the first fight and only giving him a draw was criminal. He was certainly an ATG that night.elmersalsa wrote:Jeff Fenech was a borderline all-time great. The pressure that he would put on the Panamanian Chemito Moreno would be too much to handle. Fenech by stoppage

I'd take Fenech on points. McCrory lasted 14 with him and another defense went the distance at this weight. He was still rather inexperienced.
