You are accepted in to the MDT. The rules for your two World Titles will be relaxed for the duration of the tournament.

Indeed and that tournament was a resounding success... I don't see any reason to change the established traditions. Gibbons will enter the tournament with his two titles then.

Well that's another possibility. But make up your mind over the next 24 hours Mr Buzz. We've got a lot to organise this week.

If Buzz does decide to drop the titles, we will have a look at the fights for this week and sanction them for the two dropped titles.

Mr P4P1 has answered that Freddie Mills will be entering the MDT.

Woah...Spinks is in.....sounds like Gibbons will have to defend against another fighter.

This is sad...and of course this means that Kevo is ducking us.

I would prefer to nominate Henry Maske - the only CPU title holder this season.

It's all the same to me....know this, Maske has no chance of taking it all the way.

with JHL....well he would be a genuine loose cannon.

Your call.

If Charles aint in....Gibbons aint in. My Guess is that Spinks is going to pull out as well.

Very well, as you wish... Tommy Gibbons has been withdrawn from the MDT proceedings and will be plced back on the Unmatched fighters list.

In an effort to give the Sim a quick shove forward, I will put 2 CPU fighters - the highest ranked is Mr John Henry Lewis and the only title holder was Henry Maske in to the tournament... This will fill the 32 slots required for Mr Detroit to draw the groups.

At the moment, there has been zero interest shown in those last 2 slots but if someone comes along (like Mr Sockdolager) and decides to change his mind, his two fighters can take the place of the 2 CPU guys.

If Maske is in, I hope Dillon draws with him at some point. Dillon aided in Maske's IBO run, and damn it, we want revenge....... :bag:

I believe the only gentleman who can truly answer that is Mr Kevo and I quote him from page one of this thread:

Spinx out, Conteh will take his place.

Sorry for the messing about, but a long awaited title shot is awaiting Spinx.

Just as Julius Robert Oppenheimer came to regret his particpation in the creation of the Atomic Bomb - so to does Bernard Hopkins regret registering for the MDT.

After a full and frank discussion with his management at Don Krease Productions, B-Hop felt that he would taking "the wrong road" in partcipating in the tourney and has stated his intention to issue a profound apology to Mr Detroit for the inconvenience caused by his withdrawal.

Bernard's will be replaced by Tiger Jack Fox - why? Because it wouldn't be a Light Heavyweight season without him...

- Of course this issue comes down to Mr Detroit and he alone can decided with CPUs to install.
