Haye Sparing

Don't see how wilder makes a good sparring partner, he's not as good technically as fury but is big. This must be haye checking him out for future.

I have no idea what it would cost, but Deontay Wilder was already a sparring partner for David Haye in 2010 (I believe in preparation for the Audley Harrison fight). It's possible he wanted to take the job for the experience but it seems less likely considering he's already done it before.

I think its safe to say that he wasn't motivated by money.... Or at least not the short term return of getting paid as a sparing partner.

Fair enough; I agree. I do think he may be looking at Haye as a potential opponent this time, whereas in 2010 that was so far off that he probably wanted nothing more than the experience in the ring with a world class fighter.

It wouldn't be like the Klitschko's to set the record straight about what happened in sparring with Wilder, that could easily cause a war of words, which isn't really their way of doing things.

That's true, I can't find Wlad speaking about Deontay anywhere. But there were plenty of pictures of them together in the gym, so while Wilder may have exaggerated the quotes, it seems probable that Wlad had chosen him as his head sparring partner.

I wouldn't be surprised at all. I don't think Wilder would beat him now, and it was a blatant mismatch then. However, he has great size, speed, and power. I think he has a lot of potential and the best right hand in the business.

This is absolutely true, but what a cuss on Wilder! Fury can't box a lick, and the sum total of skill he's showed so far was realising he could lean on Cunningham til he fell over. Nevertheless, Wilder is even less good; he probably boxes a bit better from range, though he's got to stop hanging the left out like a tentacle, but my God, the chaos when he attacks!

It is possible to imitate a fighter. Obviously Wach won't do everything that Tyson can do to the same level but he can imitate what he does do. Its not as if Tyson is unique and brings something way out of the norm to the ring is it?
Wach can spend round upon round leaning all over Haye and making it uncomfortable etc
