I believe this is the obit for boxer Irwin "Eddie" Axelrod.

According to the obit, Axelrod died in 2011 at age 70. Boxrec lists Axelrod's birth as 1940. I believe this is the same Axelrod. Maybe someone could add the info to his boxrec page.
