Mentioning Ricky moving up in weight again seems like a ploy to get him away from a rematch with Beltran and a possible matchup with Crawford, etc. Take Garcia and Matthysse out of the mix *which might be the case if they decide to move up after their fight* and 140 is pretty light in talent! You've only really got Peterson and an old Zab and some decent fighters that noone really knows a lot about or takes much interest in.

I mentioned Burns moving up a few days ago and think it'd make sense, 135 isn't a deep division but at 5'10 Burns is a tall guy there...
