Why is it that so many boxers have tattoos?
Is it an association with the sport or would you expect a similar percentage of pro footballers with tattoos?
When watching the Burns-Beltran fight it struck me that Beltran didn't appear to have any tattoos, which seemed unusual for a Mexican boxer.
That then got me thinking about how many big name boxers there are without any tattoos? Of the British I think Khan is one of them. Does Froch have any?
Boxers and tattoos
Re: Boxers and tattoos
Froch is covered in them. It's just that they're in white ink.johnswan1 wrote:Why is it that so many boxers have tattoos?

Since Bekham, haven't you seen how many footballers have them ?johnswan1 wrote:

If you go on holiday you will see a much higher number of lads and girls with tattoos than you saw say 10 years ago - a lot with big designes / sleeves etc.
It is just the trend at the moment.

Exactly. Just a trend. They're gonna feel like right tits when they're older and these things are no longer in fashion.bripez wrote:Since Bekham, haven't you seen how many footballers have them ?johnswan1 wrote:
