Unsanctioned fights in the 1960ties?

In his book (Great read!) "The Name of the Game" Adam Heath claims that Thad Spencer had TWO unsanctioned fights in Juarez, Mexico against Al Banks and Roy "Cookie" Wallace, and hnits that there could be another unrecorded fight after the Jerry Quarry fight.

Has anyone knowledge of this or maybe info on unrecorded and unlicenced fight i Mexico at that time?
