The Bosnian competed at last years European Junior Championships where he lost in the quarters to the Bulgarian Angelov who took Bronze.This is better form than it looks as they were the two best boxers born in 1997,as the other medallists were born in 1996.
I watched his bout against Beglaryan and he is a big aggressive lad but not for me a medallist.
To do that he has to beat English boxer Sauderson and then the Asian champion Sisko.
Pano is in the other half of the draw and if he gets past the Algerian he will face either an Armenian or a Romanian for a medal.It is certainly possible.
I watched Alex Rocha yesterday and he was impressive forcing a couple of standing counts before the referee stepped in.If he beats the Slovenian, which he can, he is unlucky that he will then probably meet the Ukrainian for a medal which will be tough but not impossible.
