Some hit (and generally handle the bat) better than others, and it's rightly a benefit to their team versus the ones that can't. Hell if Rick Ankiel had played in the AL, his career might have ended in the 90s.

I think Matthysse is gonna get him in the 5th. Can't wait for this fight though, I expect Danny will get caught with one of Lucas' best shots somewhere within the first 6 rounds...if he stands up to them and is able to answer back without losing his composure, this will be a real great fight down the stretch!

Looking forward to it a lot

I like Garcia in this, though I'm aware I am in the minority.

Garcia is B+ at everything. Matthysse is less than B+ at nothing, and A to A+ in at least power and chin. I have trouble understanding how anyone could pick Garcia, tbh.

I gave it to Matthysse, but I think I only did so because I assumed his shots were inherently more powerful based on reputation. Very close.

Everytime Matthysse unloads you're half expecting Garcia's head to fly of into the crowd haha.

Rd 2 clear for Matthysse. More and harder shots, hurt him a bit with early body shot, and totally in charge. 20-18 LM.

That's a strange way to score a round.

Both chins holding up well so far. Garcia landed a cracking right hand aswell in that round.

Rd 3 another close one. Danny started pushing the pace, and remarkably hung with LM. I'll give it to him. 29-28 LM.

Rd 4. Matthysse not letting his hands go...so much so I almost wonder if he hurt his right. Easy rd for Garcia. 38-38.
