Heavyweight division split?

I've heard that there has been some discussion about seperating out the giants in the heavyweight division from say the guys 220 lbs.and under. I've heard that its even reached some members of congress namely John Mc Cain. Any truth to it?

There has been a lot of talk about creating a Super-Cruiserweight or Junior-Heavyweight division but so far it has mostly been just that though..talk

One of the lesser alphabet organizations (IBO or IBC) has created the division. I have'nt heard anything about it being discussed in congress. If it has there is almost a guarentee of nothing being done about it.
