Spinks is getting a free pass here. He barely beat Eddie Davis, if he really even did, and wasn't exactly seamless in several other defenses. Michael Moorer at 175, with the exception of the Swindell fight, was pretty brutal. He sent guys to the canvas like he was using a taser and had as great of a killer instinct and nasty disposition as anyone I had ever seen to the point in person. I wouldn't bet against Spinks winning a decision with some rough moments, but I'd probably be inclined to keep my wallet closed on this one.
