This is a real 50/50 fight, cant really make up my mind im gonna go for a Woodhouse stoppage,i think he,s getting better by each fight and starting to fight at a level i didnt think was possible,i thought he,d maybe be tough gatekeeper but lately he,s beginning to look like a top domestic fighter and although he has his work cut out i think he can rise to the occasion and get the W

Mathews looked a bit lacklustre against Tommy Coyle but still produced the goods when it mattered so youd be a mug to write him off,how many times can he keep going to that well though?

I think Derry will always be dangerous especially in the later rounds but i think Curtis might get him out of there just before the Championship rounds in a real barnstormer :box:

Woodhouse 8

Wood house by stoppage in the 8/9.
Hostile crowd step up in opponent all fuel for the fire.
Man on a mission Curtis I feel Derry maybe taking him a bit lightly.
Where as Curtis appears to be over respectful of Derry .
This will change for the duration of the fight.
Both fellas have conducted themselves well in the build up hats off.
Painful Sunday morning awaits both of them.
But I def see Woodhouse knocking him out.

Maybe Tommy looked good? And Derry didn't look bad pulling that left hook of the bag.
Bump. Tommy Coyle is an excellent fighter, just got copped. Shows you tonight how good tommy is.

Did you feel stronger than you have in a while, Derry? You looked huge. Did you do something different in your cut/diet/training?

A lot more picked you to win than Curtis and the "Derry by KO" option was the most popular!

I did pick Curtis and posted post fight that I underestimated you Derry.

You were as you stated pre fight on a different level.

Was Curtis finding his way into the fight? I think yes he was .

He had taken alot of jabs trying to get in close and bang you on the button.

For me it was always a question of who connected flush.

Your superior skills were evident and the finish clinical.

But those who picked Curtis myself and probably Curtis himself did so thinking he would weather the storm and

get in close and BANG.

Which is what happened only not quite as planned

It reminded me of Smith /Buckland you both had thrown the combo 3 or 4times previously and then booyah.

Was a peach of a shot :salut:

Did I underestimate you yes apologies

But I dont think I overestimated Curtis No if he had had a better start moved like he did in the 3rd its a different fight.
