I go back to Cus D'Amato's adage that "no swarmer can ever beat George Foreman" and replace Foreman with Liston.

Re: Sonny Liston Versus
In alot of ways, Liston has alot in common with most the men on this list. Namely, Foreman, Tyson, Klitschko, and Norton. Those four men had fragile psyches. If they weren't in control of the fight, then they shut down mentally and emotionally. I recall talking to Chuck Wepner in a radio interview I did with him once, and he said Liston hit harder than Foreman did and was much better boxer. So based on Chuck's analysis of both men I can only figure Liston would of beaten Foreman. Norton and Klitschko both had questionable chins and questionable psyches; I dont think Liston would of had a problem forcing his will on those men. Tyson is a bit of the odd duck of the group---- as he was a systematic fighter, rather than one of instinct. I figure its a toss up between the two men, someone is getting kayoed inside of three rounds.ThatOne wrote:Joe Frazier

The others I believe can beat Liston.
