Anyone who didn't know Price was chinny obviously doesn't watch enough amateur boxing.

He needs to embrace that and find a style which protects that weakness....didn't do Wlad any harm

It's a tough one, especially if his stamina isn't up to much. There are still a lot of top fighters out there who wouldn't survive an early Price onslaught - failing to beat Thompson twice doesn't change this.

Oh, anyone who thinks he wouldn't smash up and C level fighter for fun is on smack.

Also, he looked to have finished TT in the rematch.....there is still a big career out there or him. People are writing him off unfairly

But any top 100 HW would fancy their chances against him. His chin is suspect and his stamina found wanting. That'd keep them in a Price fight even if he lands some early hitherto disheartening blows.

Plus Price knows it. And he knows his opponent does too. Not a great frame of mind for him. I doubt he possesses the raw ingredients for a Wlad style regeneration.

I can hear Ian Darke's words of respectful lament after a future Price kayo already.

1) If Price can't learn to relax in the ring he isn't going anywhere. That's his biggest problem.


2) He's chinny but so is Wlad. Wlad came to terms with that fact and did something about it i.e. he developed a style that greatly minimises risk and sticks to it. Over the years he has smartly brought in almost all of his potential future opponents for sparring. He works on different things with different guys and never shows any of these his whole arsenal.
