He'd still dominant.

He'd be much faster, stronger, smarter, and fit due to the newer technologies, equipment, the robust knowledge of boxing practices and archived footage of historic fights.

He probably would be dominant in the years after him, but, not as dominant as he was in his time. Guys like the greats Roberto Duran, Sugar Ray Leonard and Thomas Hearns for example, would give him LOTS OF TROUBLE at welterweight and middleweight monsters like Carlos Monzon or Marvin Hagler would probably take him too.
