Would anyone happen to know the city or state with the most boxing champions?

In the US, probably New York City or Philadelphia.

Around the world, might be Seoul, Korea or Tokyo, Japan

I'm not sure without looking what it's current status is vis a vis the USA, but Puerto Rico has turned out more than it's fair share of world class fighters.
