Eddie said it'll be announced the week after the Haye - Fury fight, so first week of Oct...I think Crolla is the only definite yet

Any more news on this? I can't see who they can get on this bill and they need some big fights with it being PPV. I feel this needs 3 big fights to warrant being PPV. Barker Vs ?????? and who else. Crolla is domestic level so there is no way he can be chief support for a PPV show, in fact i would be disappointed if Crolla is in the 3rd biggest fight of the bill.

If it had Barker vs Sturm and Crolla vs Beltran I'd snap it up. But it won't will it?

Any ideas what will be on it then? You can't have Froch v Groves which is effectively an 80/20 fight in Froch favour and then Crolla vs some unheard of European mixed in with a load of prospects vs bums like Joshua, Campbell etc. and sell it for £15.

That's exactly what they will do.

Crolla v Beltran won't happen I saw an interview last night where Beltran said he doesn't want the rematch with Burns unless they ask to fight and he and everyone else knows who the real champion is.

They've sold all the tickets and PPV sales are historically generated by the main attraction so thereis no chance of sseeing a stacked undercard in my opinion.

It will be that I bet, similar to Froch v Kessler tickets are sold and Eddie (and now Froch) clearly care more about the casuals PPV £ than boxing fans and for those they don't need a decent undercard just to hype the hell out of the Froch v Groves fight on Sky beforehand.

The way it's looking at the moment it will be Quigg defending his title, and Selby Vs Monroe, along with Crolla against somebody like Terry Flannigan.
Mitchell vs Mathews is also likely. Throw some Olympians on the bill and that will be that.

Boxing has been like that for years, it's not exclusive to Hearn. Promoters know that a lot of boxing fans will eventually cave and purchase a pay-per-view anyway, because they want to watch the fight anyway. They don't need to market at them. It's the casual fans, that watch one or two fights a year that they are trying to convince to buy fights. That's been they case for years, it's not something that Hearn invented.

And in Froch's defence, he's spent years fighting the best of the division, and was stuck on crap television channels. You can't blame him for trying to cash in a bit now he's on Sky, especially considering he's nearing the end of his career.

Its only 6 weeks away! According to Derry, I cant see that one happening and that's a quick turn around for Quigg and Selby. Cant see them giving it to Flannigan either.

It's going to be similar to Saturdays 02 card but with Froch and Groves on top of it

Froch-Groves
Quigg-Cermeno
Crolla-Gethin
Fielding-Dodson
Luke Campbell
Anthony Joshua
Kal Yafai
Tom Stalker

Potentially Jamie Mcdonell as well.
