Boxing Predictions League

Right as we pass the half way point in this my first full season, I have a few questions.

Banished to the second page in the league table (16th and rising), I never see my name in lights, lol.
However a few times now (including this low scoring round) I've had enough points to make the top ten for the round, but still I don't make it into the top ten, even against lower ranked guys.

So I ask?

What is the criteria is the table are based on?
and
What is the monthly ranking based on, as I've no idea from where that figure has been generated?

There are three tables. First one is the weekly score, then you get the totals so far for the month, so two weeks of November and then the main table is the total score to date so for the full eight rounds so far
