It's your first podcast so it's only natural that you were nervous. Try to express your personality rather than talking robotically. Let the words flow naturally and cut out the pauses. Vary the tone of your voice to emphasise your points and most importantly enjoy it!
Adam, it's great that you're having a go. Don't be too discouraged by the criticism you'll get in this topic.
Okay...you desperately need a charisma transplant before you upload the next edition. I gave that effort two minutes. I'd have stopped listening sooner if I didn't like you. You need to be far more conversational, liven the fornicate up, and fill the dead air..
Needs a lot of work Adam. Try and relax and talk fluently like you were talking to a friend. It's difficult to take notice of the actual content with the clunky awkward presentation. Keep at it as there is room for a lot of improvement. Look forward to hearing an improved cast soon.

Adam, you've made great strides since last week, well done. 'Coming Out Swinging' was many times better than you're first effort. There's still plenty of work to be done but you're on the right path. Finding somebody to bounce off would be a good idea, you clearly know your stuff but I'm not sure the one man monologue is your forte. Working in a team and having a conversational based podcast might be a good option. Keep at it.

Yeah guy i planned to do it with was coaching a tournament of ams this weekend, so i soldiered on regardless.
Cheers for the kind words, i hoped it would be better and tried hard to not be as boring this time
Adam have you though of just creating a channel and doing this sort of stuff through Youtube instead? There's a ready-made audience, so there's a much better chance of people finding your stuff on there. You could also interact with other boxing YT channels and pick up subscribers that way.

Not really, you could just record the audio track and then place it over an image/images and upload that. You wouldn't need a webcam.
