Pac in a fairly one-sided bout.

Ray would be a very live dog here, his strength is Manny's weakness. Pac was a PED machine at this point so he could handle Manicini's pace it's just a question of how he could take his inside work. Probably go with Manny by controversial decision.

The speed of Pacquiao would turn Boom Boom into a bloodied, defenseless punching bag.

Mancini was gutsy but he would take an awful beating until the referee rescued him around the 7th round.

What evidence is the PED thing based on.

He's a professional athlete, that's evidence of its own.
Obvious physical changes.
More than anything when he turned down 40 million dollars to prove he was clean.

So no actual evidence then, he turned down demands from Mayweather and I can't blame him.

Plenty of evidence, stick your head in the sand if it comforts you. How anyone could defend any athlete in this era is beyond my comprehension. More of them are on something than aren't.

Mancini tough as hell and would be hard charging all night, but I think Manny would cut him up something fierce and just inflict enough damage that he'd either stop Mancini late or win a decision by at least a 116-112 margin.

It would be a wildly entertaining brawl though.

Ray can create big problems for Manny.Manny probably would have won but the fight would be very difficult for him.

It is impossible for me to picture the great Manny Pacquiao beat Boom Boom. I don't think that Pacman has ever faced someone as strong and ferocious like Mancini. Mancini wins this one for me, and I am a Pacman's fan.
