I don't think he has to become British Champion. Doesn't have to do anything really, not even eat if he doesn't want to. Or get up in the morning. Or brush his teeth.

I agree. You know, a lot of people say you "have" to do this and you "have" to do that.

It's nonsense. It's up to Danny Hunt himself if he wants to go for it.

I've researched this and my results are as follows...

He doesn't have to be British Champion.

Thank you. :TU:

I think he CAN be the British champion , whether he will is another story.

The kid has a good boxing brain , although he can be perseved as a bit of a whinger in fights , his power is improving and he can be cute when he needs to be.

Not a cert for the title , but i think he will be by 2007.

he should beat dave stewart the long hair and shades might hamper him, however Annie Lennox in her prime would have beaten em both.

Lennox is pretty feisty.

I disagree, but I guess we'll see.

In Boxing News the guy who wrote the report, Connolly i think was saying early on in the fight Hunt looked world class. He seems like a trier to me Hunt but maybe he doesn't have that extra spark to go all the way.
