Anth Hardy beat chrissy Bennett points, dropped Bennett in the last round.
Hadfield won, his opponent Jack Heath quit on his stool end of 2nd round with a bust wrist.
Jonson McClumpha beat Dean Walker on points.
Paul Archer lost his 0 to Tony Dixon, who looked a weight above and was too strong for Archer.
The English title was a belter, Goodings winning a unanimous but hard fought decision.

Main event was an absolute cracker, both fighters left nothing in the ring.
Through no fault of my own, poor opponent I do admit but did what I have too hope you had a good night truscott-goodtimes was quality!
Mate he was an absolute pudding the matchmaking overall was pretty good apart from your fight, I would have been embarrassed to get into the ring looking like he did.

Another thing I liked about this show was there was no waiting for the next bout, they just kept churning them out 1 after another.

It was good to see Billy Nelson there but just as I was about to approach him about our differences on the forum he disappeared backstage ;;-)

Just like to say I was made very welcome last night and the boxing venue was excellent.
A pleasure to work in Kirks corner with his coach Sean two lovely people who love boxing, I'd like to praise Paul Truscott who once again showed great bravery in there last night, if Kirk fights Scotty Cardle next that will be a excellent fight

Billy, did you see the state of that heavyweight who got done inside 30 seconds?

How on earth people like that get a license to box is beyond me!

Oliver Nagy. No excuse for coming in so out of shape, lacking in skill and lacking in any desire to fight. Hopefully the BBBofC will agree to suspend his license to fight in the UK. A blot on an otherwise healthy lineup last night.

His opp Jake Heath quit at the end of 2nd round with a bust wrist. To be fair it was probably a half truth, Heath started quite well and caught Hadfield with a couple of straight right hands and possibly surpirsed Michael with his speed. But by the end of the second Michael had relaxed and found his range better and was pushing Heath back and hurting him in most exchanges. If his corner hadn't pulled him out I think Heath could have been stopped late on as he was starting to get closed down and caught regularly.

John won 40-38. He is likely to box next 7th December at York Hall in 8 rounder. Then back on a Phil Jeffries show Jan/Feb

Rwally good show. First time I have been to a show in the North East. Really impressed!

40-38? Does that mean there was 2 drawn 10/10 rounds in a 4 rounder?
