British Middleweight title after BJS
British Middleweight title after BJS
Ryder , Hope , Blackwell , O Kane
Who gets the nod for the vacant title and who wins
I think Blackwell and Ryder beat Hope and O Kane.
Blackwell could take it in a tough fight with Ryder so long as he doesnt switch off and stop throwing shots which appears to be the danger at this time.
Thoughts ...?

Re: British Middleweight title after BJS
Eubank Jnr versus Ryder if BJS vacates ?
Re: British Middleweight title after BJS
Etches will probably be bang in the mix when it comes around. I think he already beats Hope and O'Kane.
Re: British Middleweight title after BJS
Craig McEwan can probably be thrown in as well, but I'd like to see Saunders have one or two more fights at domestic level, doesn't look quite ready to step up yet.
Re: British Middleweight title after BJS
I thought he lost to Ryder. I want to see a rematch ideally.expe wrote:Craig McEwan can probably be thrown in as well, but I'd like to see Saunders have one or two more fights at domestic level, doesn't look quite ready to step up yet.
Re: British Middleweight title after BJS
There is a buzz that BJS is to fight Cox next month then thats him with Lonsdale belt outright.
Cant see Cox winning that with the lay off he's had
Eubank turned down Blackwell eliminator so how does that stand with the board ?
Will Blackwells pefomance against Burzak not reinforce his claims or will the fact that he has had 2 shots already move him down the line ?
I can see your point expe maybe another couple of defences if Cox is next then Hope but if they can get Burzak for the euuro title soon I would assume frank would move on that as it offers progression in theory and a bigger pool of less risky learning fights before a world shot.

Hence my thoughts on a Euro move after next defence with him owning the belt ?DMA1987 wrote:I thought he lost to Ryder. Re: British Middleweight title after BJS
I would rather he proved he was the best in Britain first, which for me would have to be a Ryder rematch.
Re: British Middleweight title after BJS
Can you see that happening ?DMA1987 wrote:I would rather he proved he was the best in Britain first, which for me would have to be a Ryder rematch.
Or will it be the why would you go over old ground I have beaten him once and im moving on ?
I think Saunders is a fighter so he would be ready to silence the doubters however its about business and risking a loss to ryder would not make sense to Bunny

But why would that change how I personally rank the fighters?maley1984 wrote:

Re: British Middleweight title after BJS
Because it just gets very messy and complicated very quickly that way. BJS got the nod so is ranked above RyderDMA1987 wrote:But why would that change how I personally rank the fighters?maley1984 wrote:

Luckily I don't officially rank the fighters, so they are safe and free from mess.jackukmma wrote:Because it just gets very messy and complicated very quickly that way.
