Greenberg vs. Neilson
From Secondsout:
Roman Greenberg, the undefeated heavyweight, may be stepped up in class for his next fight. Trainer and promoter Jim Evans is currently in discussions with Moganf Palles to match the unbeaten prospect with hot Dane Steffan Neilson for next month.
London based Roman Greenberg was to have fought on November 26 on the undercard of the Ricky Hatton vs Carlos Maussa but was injured (cut eye) whilst sparring.
What do you think of the outcome to this? A step up in class to a fighter that was KO in the last fight that Francis won and is coming off a loss to a fighter with a 33-8 and record?
What do you all think of this one?

Is the pasted directly from secondsout? Mogenf Palles = Mogens Palle, Steffan Neilson = Steffen Nielsendopey wrote:From Secondsout:

Agreed. Steffen isnt all that bad. Yes , his durability has a lot to be desired but he has decent skills and a good dig. He's much, much better than Roman has fought before.DavidPayne wrote:This, despite the sceptics, is a sensible progression for Roman.
If Roman is as big a puncher as some claim then he will stop him in the middle rounds.
Nielsen can win. I dont think he will though.

Re: Greenberg vs. Neilson
If he's hot now, after a KO defeat, what was he before? Surely he should now be classified as warm? Or cold, seeing as his nickname is Stone Cold. Very confusing...dopey wrote: hot Dane Steffan Neilson

Yes, when you fight for EBU title you automatically vacant the EU title.Podmore_Birmingham wrote:Did Sprott relinquish the title???. I was told he didnt have to even though he fought Vidoz.Freiheit wrote:Nielsen is co challenger for the EU title, so is Sprott, and Team Palle are trying to get that fight on the Kessler vs Lucas undercard.

There have already been purseoffer for the fight between Nielsen and Koc, but Koc withdrew for fight Vidoz. Then it was Nielsen vs Hersisia but Hersisia pulled out earlier this week with an injury, so now its Nielsen vs Sprott.
