Well Johnny, it's Friday night and I've left my Mrs in the lounge so I could watch this documentary on the computer and it was well worth the watch. Quite a sad documentary towards the end but one you should be pleased with. You have a lot to give to boxing and boxers and I hope you can utilise your experience and stick around pal. Well done John Boy!

Thanks for all the comments, every one of you.believe it or not I didn't see any of that until a week before it went out.at a premier for a few press & writers.i even surprised myself with how much I showed my emotions.it was very hard for me to watch but also I think Adam Darke did a great job.we were all open like a book & I hope Adam gets the praise he deserves.its not glamourous at all the life of a journeyman.

Amazing stuff. Adam Darke did brilliantly, beautifully shot.

Credit to boxing Johnny. Great to see you take the win in your final fight as well.

Thanks mate. I'm trying my best with the fat thing.way to go yet! But I'm definitely going to stay in the game.want to start looking for a fighter or two of my own. I help my bro frank where I can but if any boxrec users are looking for a trainer. By all means get in touch for a chat. It's not easy dough so anyone thinking about it has to be tough & have a proper thick skin.if I had a £ for every dig or horrible comment I'd be a wealthy bloke
