Fidel Bassa had long, long arms, for his size, a good, solid chin and some sound boxing skills and power. Vic is all about power and strength but I'd take Bassa to wear him down and take him out late.

Penalosa was one of the fighters I used to follow, when I first got into boxing, in the 80's. He was fast. Real fast but I'd still take Fidel over him but it wouldn't be easy and he would be a more difficult test than Darchiniyan, in my opinion.

I think Bassa is better fighter than Chang Ho Choi

Choi stops him in 11,Bassa would beat him in 7-8 rounds for me.
