Good win but on the minus side Perez took a lot of shots in there. Didn't exactly adapt to his opponents style.

I thought he won pretty easy. He takes too many but never seemed hurt and was playing with the guy at times. Inflicted a hell of a lot of damage. The Russian looked like he wanted out of there going back to his corner at the end of a few rounds but his team were having none of it. If Perez could get in shape, up the tempo and use a bit more head movement he could be a real danger man. Indeed without all that he already is.

Perez looked great last night. He fought a tough tough Russian who had a lot of power. I think there is a reason why chisora, price and fury never mentioned him when it would have been an easy fight to make. He would give any heavyweight a good fight based on last night. IMO he beat chisora and price easily. Fury and haye would be 50/50 match ups.
