Not sure what this means. Will he now be based in Germany or what?
Re: David Price joins Sauerland
Didn't see that one coming. I think he should have gone with Warren. Warren is still the best promoter at rebuilding people's careers and getting his fighters a shot at a world title without the chance of selling them short.

I expect he'll spend some time in Germany, they might get him some sparring with guys like Helenius, Boytsov, Pulev.
Deoin Jumah is a British fighter with Sauerland but I don't think he lives here. He's in action this Saturday on the Hernandez undercard.

Top sparring. Plenty of opportunities. And a chance to fight outside of the country, which will give him the chance to have some rebuilding fights, down the bill and without the pressure of fighting in Liverpool.

Apparently Pricey has undergone a name change to :-
Fritz Schmidt the Stuttgart Slugger, as part of the deal.
He shall wear the lerderhosen for the ring walk and will be sponsored by Mcfit.

Re: David Price joins Sauerland

Expect him to fight guys like Gbenka Oloukun and Dennis Bakhtov before taking Chisora on.

Given that they took a badly exposed Wlad and rebuilt him into someone who fools people into thinking he's an ATG, I'd call it a good move.

Re: David Price joins Sauerland
He will be scrapping the ''you'll never walk alone'' ring walk music and will now enter the ring to a live performance from a scorpions tribute act called ''arshe scheisse baby!'' complete with a small laser show and a couple of mist machines as he enters the ring.

Warren won the purse bids for Price vs Chisora so I don't think he would be thinking of rebuilding the careerTopGun wrote:Didn't see that one coming. I think he should have gone with Warren. Sauerland are doing their best Don King impression and trying to sign up the division. Pulev, Helenius, Boytsov, Price, Wallin I think as well...They certainly want to be the big player post-Klitschko.

Hasn't Helenius just walked away from them?iamasadlittleboy wrote:Sauerland are doing their best Don King impression and trying to sign up the division. Pulev, Helenius, Boytsov, Price, Wallin I think as well...They certainly want to be the big player post-Klitschko.
