If anyone knows about South Yorkshire fighters they will know of a man called Mark Willie in recent years he has worked with fighters like Ryan Rhodes with there strength and conditioning.

I have seen him in the ring etc and I am sure he was next to Dermot on Saturdays X factor.

He had a Rough Copy T- shirt.

Is he there fitness conditioner too?
