The Promotion of Froch-Groves
I don't think this fight could have been promoted any better. From start to finish it's been done brilliantly. When the fight was announced, I thought it was a mismatch and didn't have too much interest in seeing him give Groves a one sided beating. Now, I see it as a grudge match, which Froch may either take too lightly, or be thrown off his game with all the personal insults and I'll be paying to watch it on PPV. If anyone on here is connected reads this, congrats to everyone concerned, great job.

Which is irrelevant to the OP's statement, so not really sure why you said that?Groove Armada wrote:Crap undercard.
It has been great promotion for that particular fight, surely you can agree with that?
(It does look a crap undercard however at the moment, i do agree)

Groove armada doesn't like to let relevance get in the way of his mission to saturate this board with messages about how bad he thinks the undercard is. I think we all agree that it's a poor undercard but he just likes to mention it in every post. Ignore it and hopefully it will scuttle off.Crazyboy wrote:Which is irrelevant to the OP's statement, so not really sure why you said that?Groove Armada wrote:Crap undercard.

300 posts since he joined the board and I'd say 90% of those have been made in the last week. Can't say I ever noticed him here before that.DMA1987 wrote:Groove Armada you aren't a hardcore fan. You are just a troll.

When was the last time I said yes he can? And actually I was saying yes he could before 2003. I haven't said that for a very long time now tho. I was dead wrong about Audley, but I wasn't a troll who filled every thread with stuff about Audley. You on the other hand.......Groove Armada wrote:Still think Audley will do it?jameswilson wrote:300 posts since he joined the board and I'd say 90% of those have been made in the last week. Since 2003 all over the net, you have said YES HE CAN.. He can't.

We may have cross wires,Groove Armada wrote:It is relevant. The promotion of Froch vs Groves is good for the casuals, the hardcore are left wanting a decent undercard.Crazyboy wrote:Which is irrelevant to the OP's statement, so not really sure why you said that?Groove Armada wrote:Crap undercard.

Promotion of Froch vs Groves for casuals = good.
PROMOTION FOR US? Mediocre
There are enough hardcore fans ot happy about paying the PPV to say the promotion overall FOR US is mediocre at best.
I simply meant (as i believe the OP meant), the fight between those two has been very well promoted, which it has, regardless of the undercard.
you agree?

He has had a variety of names on here. Tom Ford was another short lived episode. He'll bore off soon.
Promotion had been excellent. As I said on another thread they seem to have made a 80-20 type fight seem almost 50-50. A bit like aud v haye actually!!
