Hooper down in round one

Post by dave896 »

Did anybody see this fight? Would like to know how he got caught( just read about it on the boxrec notes).

I also note that he is off the mundine card, but looking to fight in December?

ATM, there's numerous rumours/opinions floating around as to sequence of events relating to knockdown.
Mundine/Mosley undercard matchmaker requested he be removed - No reason given, nor did I ask

There were rumours that he was going to be brought over by Duco to fight Robbie Berridge. It would be a massacre.
Too much to soon.

I would reckon it will go down as a great learning experience. A good lesson that in the pros not everyone has a quality, well schooled technique. The Thai figured he was a punchers chance and so absolutely went for it and Hooper had his hands down.
If he stitches his defence to his chin it will be a good improvement
