I used to get a lot more problems with my hands when i wore 14s or 16s. Started training in 8s and never had a problem again. Dare say everyone has their own preference tho.

Used to go on the pads with my pal & when I threw a left hook he used to turn the pad over & allway's do my wrist in used to wind me up!
