Rematch clearly. Bad stoppage, but I think Carl would have stopped him proper anyway. But respect to Groves: what a good fighter.

He was p1ssing it think froch had won 2 rds max!!

Froch is a freak in term off strength & sustaining attacks after such a shalacking!

He was tiring George but then froch had a lot of stuffing taken out of him I wouldn't be suprised if froch did go on to stop him but it was enthralling & all in the balance.

I feel robbed as a fan & really want to give foster a slap

Groves has shown himself to be a seriously good prospect. Putting Froch down that hard in Round 1, hurting him constantly especially in round 6. Just needs to work more on his discipline, hopefully this is where the penny drops for him. Certainly looks further along than Froch did at similar stage in his career. Froch was struggling to beat Magee at this point.

You are a dickhead. Groves just did amazingly well but to laugh at Froch is just ignorant. I wish somebody would spark you.

his work tonight would have been enough to beat alot of fighters in the division, including a world champion or two, he is world class, no doubt about it

Foster stole an acclaimed come from behind victory from Carl tonight. Ten more seconds and we'd all be lauding carls heart and will to win etc. George was getting ragged I thought, but the commentary was so one sided I can see how it would influence people.

I a little sad that Carl went on like a little girl after the fight, for a mans man that was very petty.

Whilst Groves performed brilliantly tonight, if you dont respect Froch then you're a bit of asshole to be honest! I think that knockdown in the 1st would of actually knocked a lot of fighters outcold! I'm not saying that for shock value either. I really believe. Froch is a seriously tough bastard.

Groves was in way more trouble against Kenny Anderson when George was a lesser fighter. The stoppage was classic Howard Foster and bollocksed up a good fight.

Groves has excellent recovery powers and IMO Froch was making a last ditch effort before blowing up. Groves has been cheated out of winning a world title.

People are so blinded.. Groves wasn't that hurt 100% that fight wasn't getting stopped that round!! Groves was throwing back and also catching Froch.. He got a bit ragged and got caught yes. But no where near how bad Carl was hurt throughout the fight.. Carl is a tough tough guy with a Outstanding chin but in fairness fight should/could of been stopped 3 or 4 times before that.. That fight Froch will feel the punishment in years to come.. Boxing is corrupt.. Groves won the first 8 rounds and 2 judges had it 76-75.. People think Hearn is good for boxing. With all these dodgy results I don't think so.. Got to feel sorry for Groves and Froch's interviews after it show what kind of person he is

How is the bad scoring in this fight related to Eddie Hearn? Do you think he influenced the judges or referee?

Why do you think this continues to happen on Hearn shows?? Is it just a coincidence???? Why was Frocj not punnished for always breaking the rules?? Why was Froch stopped when he was in more trouble.

I don't think it happens just on Hearn shows, I think it happens on shows from most promotors. I'm sure if you look back on allegedly or Mick Hennessy's shows over the last few years you'll find equally bad officiating. For the record I think was stopped early and the 2 judges who had Groves by 1 point were completely wrong (I had Groves 6 to 2 and one of Froch's rounds could have gone either way). I think it's purely due to the poor quality refereeing and judging we have in the UK. The first Maccarinelli vs Mckenzie stoppage was awful, same as the scoring of the first Fury vs McDermott as well as dozens of others over the last few years.

Are GoldenBoy corrupt because 1 judge had the Mayweather vs Canelo fight a draw? No - the judge is just clearly incompetent.

With regards to other Hearn shows, I thought Burns clearly lost against Beltran but I also thought Quigg won against Salinas blaming everything on the promotor is too big a leap to take.

A good example is Price Thompson 2 in Liverpool

Price was gone, and the referee was doing everything he could to give the home fighter a chance

TT wouldn't have been given the same

Yes - and Cleverley vs Kovalev as well.
