Just can't understand someone who grew up all his life in a gym. Even though he's got kids now and millions in the bank, what has that got to do with it? He can't feel good looking like that surly. See lots of fat ex fighters walking around, you'd think they'd train a little bit still after all these years

My wife, who knows very little about boxing other than the bits she picks up thru living with me and being in the room if I'm watching ringside or reading a mag, actually said to me "who is that fat bloke. Is he someone's dad.? He really sounds like that Prince bloke who you used to like".

When I told her it was him she didn't believe me!!!

Because you cannot understand why someone would let themselves go after the success, money etc...they have had, does that mean he is unhappy? Why would he be?

Not sure I understand why he would be that hung about it. You might be, if it was you but I don't think he is.

We are not talking a few kg here fella. He is very big, and has been for years. Each to their own. Does baffle me though.

He is a big lad, for sure. I just don't think he cares enough about it. Wife, money, kids, home life etc....he is probably content. I'd say he was tipping 15st though...maybe a little more.

Naz was so fat I actually laughed.

I'm no slim Jim but f*ck, Naz is bigger than ever!

Though I was sitting thinking back to watching him when I was a kid. Just can't believe how fat he is now compared to what he was.

You'll all have egg in your face when he makes a comeback.
Tongue firmly in cheek yet again he never loses it.

Boxing missed Hamed. He, with Eubank, really made boxing a headline sport and an ever in the way that Lewis, Calzaghe, Hatton, Khan never could

Talent debate aside, I agree. Though I'd say he was probably the most naturally gifted, personally.

:shame: Hatton would NEVER say those things, he'd say "When Ricky Hatton was fighting here, when Ricky Hatton won the world title, when Ricky Hatton went to Vegas and fought at the MGM, when Ricky Hatton was this, when Ricky Hatton was that."
