(I'm amused by the idea that it was the worst thing anyone's ever seen. Froch was pasting him, Groves looked likely to go. It was a terrible stoppage, no doubt, but I can think of 5 things off the top of my head that are worse. What about the 2 minute round for Enzo when Shane was pasting him?)

Froch will give him a rematch, it's the biggest fight out there for him, plus unfinished business.

Foster ballsed up the stoppage & tarnished one of the best UK fights we've seen in years.

I thought Groves looked knackered a round before, and wondered if he would last, but he deserved a better chance than that - he may well have got a second wind.

And just before Froch launched the final attack. he'd been hit and I noticed his legs suddenly looked very stiff, and was thinking that this could be his last gasp effort here.... At least for a round or two - he may have got a second wind, but then so might have George.

George Groves is such an exciting talent and the biggest puncher in the division.

And Carl is such a great warrior, there HAS to be a rematch

A lot can be said from the reaction of a boxer after it has been stopped

Groves was aware of his surroundings and may have recovered / got second wind
