Poor show. Refunds and a full reschedule are in order.

Damn shame for Clev. I think he needs to get back on the horse as soon as. I was looking forward to seeing how he looked at the weight.

Wonder if he's put the weight on too quickly and that's caused a back issue

Warren need to sign Groves if Eddie doesn't get him the rematch.

Frank needs to seriously work on his stable now.

Things are looking really bleak at the moment. The stable is pretty bloody poor now to be honest and the "named" fighters he does have are pulling out of fights or they dont seem to be able to get them good fights. FW really needs to pull a rabbit out of the hat IMO.

Needs someone to come through at world level, and fast, but he has signed Satchell, Flannigan and Dickinson is on one of his shows next, so he has brought in 3 domestic level fighters, plus Derry Mathews. BT could be the gamechanger, if allegedly gets a slot on there, similar to ESPN on Virgin, it will be going out to at least 2 million more people, which could have a big impact financially and that number will only increase as BT take more viewing rights from Sky.

He needs to get shifting with Gavin and Brad Saunders. Promote them both in their hometowns. They are the only ones with true potential. Let his London ticket sellers crack on supporting Del at The Copperbox.

Saunders fought in Gateshead on Friday and Dickinson-Dawson is set to be there in February, I'd expect Saunders to be chief support there and with Josh Leather signed up we might see a few shows in the North East in conjunction with a couple of promoters up there, so Saunders is starting to fight at home. Frankie has his fight in Leeds next month, then it must be time for a homecoming in the new year, he hasn't boxed in Birmingham since the Magnificent 7 in September 2010.

I know he did, but they didn't show it. Frankie has a great following and I'm sure it would be a lot bigger if he fought at home. FW used to like The NEC, there would invariably be a riot, though...

BN on BT won't mean it is a better platform than Sky Sports. A niche channel only has so much potential, and BN has probably gone as far as it can in terms of subscribers. A big fight exclusively on there might attract a few thousand more subscribers, but I would imagine it has pretty much got the subscriber base that it is going to get. Asking people to pay £10 for a single channel is a big ask of the general public, as opposed to die-hard fans.

The domestic product is simply not there on the channel, and boxing has fxxked itself up the backside for so many years with diluted titles, the general public at large won't have a clue who Broner and Maidana are, and why their fight is a good match up.

Sky Sports gives fans the cream of the domestic product - the best domestic fighters and the best rising prospects. I am talking in the round, not individual cases. The boxing output of Sky Sports is relevant to sports fans. BN has got retread cases like Cleverley, and Delboy ambling along taking on people the public have never heard of.

This promoters shows fall apart badly between the grand announcement and fight night - to the extent that it is now expected. This copperbox show and next week's "history boys" shows have just collapsed really. The promoter makes more headlines for his legal battles than for putting on good shows.

I don't envy him the challenge of making a dedicated boxing channel work but I think behind the scenes it must be total and utter chaos.
